when rebuilding the stock (or similar inline style) Sav shocks, it seems straightforward enough, but when dealing with "reseviored" shocks, how does one go about it? how do you keep the res. or shock chamber from spilling, while screwing them back together??? how do you make sure both are completely full when done, etc? how do you make sure the bubbles are all out of the res??

Does the res. have a removeable cap on it also?...the integy shocks i run have a removedable cap that you remove after the main body has been filled and the cap put back on it...you simply flip the shock over..remove the cap and with the shock fully compressed fill the res. half full....then work the shock to remove any trapped air. These integy shocks came with a little foam filter you stuck in the res which helps displace the trapped air also.

thanks for the reply...these are SEN Genesis shocks, and according to JT, have a small fill port at the top of the res...so I believe I'm good to go now...
