well after going over my savy i found couple of shocks were blown out the bottom.
like they will still screw together fine and seem to be tight, must have just come loose or somin, course when this happens you loose all your oil.
i was just wondering, now this might just be a silly McGyver thought, but what would work for a sub instead of the original shock oil?
like? i dunno, very thing engine oil or somin.

dunno its just a funny thought, but wondering what you guys think.

Welcome to the forum! And members have been giving me a hard time about this (and I'm sure it will continue) but I have always used baby oil in all of my stock Savage shocks.
The weight is similar to stock but best of all it works great for me, is very cheap and mmmm smells wonderful!

actually buddy the stock savage shocks are filled with motor oil to begin with so yes it works fine!! and ive heard of people trying alot of other stuff to but i figured for $2 dollars on ebay to grab the silicone shock oil " one 2 oz bottle did them all" why not grab the right stuff!! I'm using 35 wt silicone shock fluid and like it!!!
