Picco .28 jlr team turbo

I have a xl and need a new motor. Anybody running this modified and not modified ? And which is easier to keep tuned ?

that jlr is kind of modded out the box ... thats what makes it a JLR and not just a picco

I run a full drag picco and thats what that will be if it gets modded... They are not hard to tune if the modder knows what he is doing. send it to a hack and it can be a nightmare

O' I didn't know that ... Lol ! I just bash and jump. So I don't need it modified . I'm just looking for a better engine than my 5.9 . Any idea what kind of difference Id see ? Torque ? Top speed?

Bump start means you have to use a starter box to start it as there is no pullstart or roto start on the motor. And as you cannot use a bump box on a savage you have to have a pullstart or rotostart.

Bump starts are used on buggy and truggy frames. it will not work on a tvp (twin verticle plate) setup like on the savage.

Bump starts are a box with a motor attached to a wheel. When you push down on the button the wheel spins and turns the flywheel, which starts the motor.

Thats why you want the pull start version
