New guy! Which charger on a budget?

Hey guys, I am about to pull the trigger on a Savage Flux 2350. I plan on running these batteries with it....

I am looking to buy an all in one charger that has the power supply and balancer all in one. I'd like to spend between $80-150. (or cheaper if possible.) Any suggestions?

Thanks guys.... I think I am going to go with the one from Hobbypartz. Seems like it gets good reviews. I should be ordering my Flux today. HPI has a $50 rebate and Towerhobbies has $60.00 off.
