Need help with big bores ..

Hey guys i got some 35w losi silicone shock oil and i need help filling my big bores..
I had to ad the big spacer on the back shocks because there drooped down and was bottoming out ..
So i though i would re fill them.. Should i replace the bladders ?
If so to late LOL back from LHS ..

maybe a set by step how to ??
I seen a thread here some where but it was hot today and I'm to lazy 🙂

If the oil is leaking out the shock caps it needs to be replaced. I always carry extra bladders since the HPI bladders tend to break easier. I now use the Kyosho Big Bore Bladders as they more durable and does not rupture as quick. I beleive the judge shows how to fill the shocks.

I remember Mickey and someone talking about how to fill them maybe Mickey and OS.BOY or some thing :dunno:

take off the shock cap empty the BB, cycle the shaft so most of the oil comes out or clean it out with dawn soap, dry, take oil and pour inside. Let it stand so all the air dissipates from inside. I fill to about 1/8 -1/4 from the top and cap it off. Done:dunno: but that is how i do it.

Ok just finished wrenching on the truck put new break pads and hub on..
Took the front and rear ends off took the shocks off took them all aprt cleaned them and noticed on of my bladders had a hole in it (Jinxed my self ) so i have to go back to the hobby shop and pick some up maybe a few spares too.. Other than that the oil is on the shocks just letting the air bubbles out ..
