Bolts are a little longer than I wanted but they are twice as thick as the stock bolts.

I mounted the fuel tank properly today , I had to shave some plastic off of the mounts . I used a utility knife and just cut down on the mount with a chopping method , this way it did not ruin the threaded hole .
For the inside mount I cut a sliver off , leaving the tiny post still on that fits into the tvp. This allowed for adjustment with the screw . It worked better than I thought it would .

I'll be gluing tires for my all black t-Maxx build , and removing both hi-tec7955 servos from my black Revo build . Gonna throw the waterproofs in there and use the 7955's for my street savage build , and a secret project I got coming up (;

Yeap, it's comin along real nice. I'm surprised nobody else has brought this up, but the dual BB is over kill. You'll find that out once you run it. But, on the other hand, you've already got an extra set for your next savvy build.

I've heard about the overkill on the shocks and 7950 steering servo , but I overkill everything (; and I figure that's what monster trucks are all about lol I'm not a big fan of the single shock look

Nice builds so far DGCON. As a suggestion, you should've got the IRC mid-tank kit to go along with them. Adding their mid-tank kit really cleans it up if you plan on goin that route one day. And you can also get in black ano. And a tip on the IRC TVPs if you didn't already know it, but, you can't run a roto start with their TVPs and X-style bulks. The motor sits to low and you can't get a good angle to get the roto start shaft in there. I know it says it somewhere on their site and I know from personal experience. I'm basically runnin the same set-up except for the fact that I've got their 250cc mid-tank kit and LST shock mount kit. Here's my build thread if you wanna check it out.

I got bored and I set the 5.9 in there with the Hpi HD mount and the roto-start will work .

This was with the 6+1 irc chassis I wanted the look of the XL so I switched my build. I was looking into the flm XL HD tvp's but never heard anything on them

Thanx ,
I also replaced all the chassis screws with socket cap screws ( hex head )

New DE tank lid pull , I had to replace the Ofna pull with this , because the Integy roll cage was in the way of it .

Had to run the fuel line through the Tvp's .
I don't like how this tank is set up .... But O'well
I'm also going to have to either seal the valve stem on the stock lid
Or find a different lid at the hobby shop.

Parts for the Picco I already have, gonna get the head anodized or powder coated . In trying to find out if you can even podercoat a cooling head ?? Hint hint LOL
