So my SF-5 quit on me yesterday, I thought maybe it was just a stripped gear but it won't do anything and it gets hot after 3 seconds of being powered up. I was thinking eventually I would like to uprgrade both servos but I jsut don't have $$$ right now. I see the HS-645MG is pretty much equivelent to the SF-5 in stats, do you guys think that would work for now? My LHS had one in stock so I wouldn't have to wait. I threw a couple things on craigslist trying to drum up some cash for it but if they don't sell the savvy might be down for a little while, unfortunately. I don't have PayPal but does anybody have an old SF-5, or SF-50 layin around that they don't want? I could work something out, like a M.O. or something.

PM sent Dooley, thanks.

Hyp, Wow the flux is lookin' mean in your sig. What kind of wheels? SPI? Looks great!

Yeah man, put it in last night and got it all dialed in. Works great, haven't run it yet, both kids are sick so I'm kinda stuck around the house. It is nice and sunny though and the wife is off work so I may go run it today. I had installed an HD servo saver spring, but I think what killed my other one was teh alumnimum servo horn. It has four holes in it. I had it in the fourth hole for the most steering throw but the stock horn length was closer to the third hole. I may have had the spring a little tight too, but I put the servo horn on the third hole and lossened the spring up. When I run it I'll tighten the spring up just until I don't get any major bump steer while cornering. Thanks again man!
