Claim for whatever was missing! Or, Claim for a load of stuff up to the insurance value, lol!

I just got a second-hand set off the bay, can't wait for them to turn up! Quality Shock, I found a touch soft, but 40-45wt oil in my old set did the job.

so 40-45 wt is good? how bout in below 32 weather? think 37.5 will do the trick? thats what i got at hand right now if not ill just go buy
some. how many bottles did they take to fill um up?
yea half the parts were missing, theres suposed to be 12 springs including those 6, so 6 are missing, the whole top mounting kit is gone, the fill cap mounting bushings are gone aswel. i mean that top half of the mount kit missing ruins the whole kit.
i mean its clear as day what happend with that bag busted like that, i went to take the shocks out of it when i got home and they basicly fell out.
they had $100 insurance on them were just trying to figure out what we have to do, weather he has to go to the post office to make a claim or if i do?

No Idea on the insurance bud, sorry wrong side of the pond, lol!

I ran 45wt in mine, errr...Team orion sledge Oil, think they're 57ml and I think I used 3...I ordered 5 and I have 1 full one left... Trying to find out the contents bud...

I would have prefered 40, but was fine with 45. As long as it's pure silicone it should maintain viscosity, regardless of temperature.

if you shipped it ups they automatically insure it up to $100 file a claim. IDK how long it will take but I can't imagine them making you wait more than 2 weeks.
