i went slow like u said. do u think they should be filled to the brim?

I don't know if your still having trouble with the shocks or not, but here's my .02. I usually fill the shocks at an angle, like tapping a beer from a keg. Then I take the shocks and work'em a little, stand them up on something for a while to let all the air come up. Check'em after a while to make sure the air is out, by moving the shaft to make sure no air is trapped under the valve, piston. As far as filling them up, I'm not sure as I don't run these. On my stock ones I fill it up to just below the top. Hope this helps.By the way, nice truck! Dang I'm late aren't I!

thanks man. i ended up getting my lhs to bleed them. good advertising for irc because everyone that saw the shocks loved em and was asking who made them.

well i was all stoked to get my truck running and 2 pulls in the f'in knot in the pullstart cord pulled through the hole. i was at my bro-in-law's 1.25hrs from my house. he tried repairing it, but it was a lost cause. that's the end of pullstarts for me. in the meantime i got to do some bashing w/ my bros x on his gnarly ramp. when i got home i put the roto-start backplate back on and went to crank it and the dang battery was dead. i was determined to get it running so i got out the drill and got the motor to fire. thank god, finally. i started to drive the truck into the yard and noticed something just wasn't right. i had to give it about half throttle to get it to move and then it acted like it didn't want to move at all. i think my truck hates me.

Did you do the Ofna mod? If so a little work on the throttle may be needed.

Could also need to adjust the linkage setup. You want to make sure the carb slide is approx 1mm open and when you work the throttle it returns to that position. I had the same problem when I set mine up. I used this in addition to the Ofna kit you got because I liked the sliders better, they also offer it in purple, just couldn't find it now.
