By the way... i weighed my savage with the same chassis and it came to 6.4kg with batteries etc... Must be those Joes
 
<edit> i really forgot to check the forum! i just bought myself a new nitro and i'm kinda busy with it :)

I'll post a write up about the spring loaded body posts and yeah i think the big joes add some extra weight but i added an alu skidplate, some other alu on the chassis, a big scale servo and my esc weighs about double the weight coz its completely encased in a plasti-dip box :)

So what new nitro did you get that is occupying your time more than the savage?

ok guys I'm sure frddyj has pm'd you about the language but just so it here for everyone to see WATCH THE LANGUAGE!! we have young people here to "as young as 10-11" at times and they don't need to be reading stuff like that,this is a family oriented forum and we need everyone's help to keep it that way!!!
