My carb is loose

I have tried to tighten the nut on the side but that did nothing. I noticed today that it was moving, but I wanted to test out the new bevel gear I installed, and now it is really loose. I mean, the air filter actually gets displaced about a centimeter. The throttle linkage just spins the carb back and forth. Am I missing something obvious. It's a stock 25 engine. Thanks

Yea man The .25 has that problem .. really the only fix is a new carb
I have 3 of those carbs that due the same thing



problem is . the metal sleeve is loose on the carb body and therefore allowing the metal sleeve to just spin therefor the carb will not tighten down

Can I glue or get some high temp silicone?
