looks like you made the body from foam.

is it possible to buy a body and use it to make a mould (of plaster or something) to make future bodies of the same type?

ps. where can you get the polycarbonate sheet reasonably priced?

http://www.e-tplastics.com/ you have to buy a whole 4x8 sheet and they will cut it to the size sheets you will be using, price will differ opon thickness you get.out of a 4x8 sheet i got 10 pieces of.050 17x24 out of it for $46.00 plus the shipping cost. GOOD LUCK.
