is it bad to have a cracked motor plate?? becasue i do and i was wondering if i should replace it right away or if can i wait??(i no this is probly a stupid question)

Yea you need to fix that, don't wait it will cas mesh problems, and some other probs, also it tears up you clutch bearings. would be good to upgrade to a better motor plate.

Mondragon posted some links in his posting to you. The HPI one fairs well for the average basher and is the cheapest, I believe. I don't have any comment on an upgrade, sorry.

i have now started to take my mount off but by doing this i have found that i lost 3 screws from my roto start back plate can i buy more at a hobby shop??

i use ones that i have in my screw bin or have bought them from ace hardware as long as there the same thread patteren and leangth. can also be bought att your lhs.

I just installed a black FLM engine plate that I got from Addicted to RC. They have a run of anodized blk parts for FLM. They are the only ones doing this. The only thing I don't like about the plate is the there is no tabs on either side to sit on the TVP. HCR has it for there ti plate not sure why FLM didn't do it. Doe's it really matter? Will be finding out soon enough.
