If you like to bash... (and how couldn't you?) here's an idea to get a few extra flips out of that crummy @ssed (yet good lookin') HPI body.

Step #1 - Drill a very small hole (1/8" or less) dead center, and at the very end of any cracks. This should stop any crack from progressing any further.

Step #2 - Locate your longer cracks, and drill one hole (1/8") on both sides of the crack every 1/4" or so.

Step #3 - Use the smallest zip ties you can find through each pair of holes along the crack to "stitch" the body back together.

This technique also works well to add other "appendages" to the body securely.

P.S. Don't be afraid to "amputate" any body pieces that just can't be saved... it will balance out the weight of the zip ties you added! :)

This is how I repair all of my bodies. I go through about 194,832,070,937,425 zip ties a month.

that works, you can also use spackling nylon tape (the mesh stuff that doesnt rip) and shoe goo to fix ur bodies from the backside

just lay the mesh over the crack and coat it in shoe goo

i also do this to prone spots that crack and break beforehand, makes the lid last a little longer
