Mid tank lean, please help!

Only has the Savage for 4 days, mid tank lean is so annoying. Any cheap fixes?

yes you can tune it to be rich during full tank operations and when it gets half tank it outta be ok till the tank empties.....or try making the fuel line longer as some others have done to try to get it right....

Start and tune the engine with a half tank. Fill the tank after the engine is hot.

I've read some threads about looping the fuel line, but got mix results...any thoughts on that?

there is a ez trick . if you got a extra antenna tube and som extra fuel line . cut the antenna tube about 3/4ths . then lift the fuel cap up . there is a hole put the tube in there . then 2n 3/4ths fuel line . feed the fuel line on to the tube and place it in the lower part of the tank . this works great . then place some rtv around the exhaust gasket on the motor . allow the rtv a lil time to get tacky and make sure both parts are clean before putting back together . works good

Looking at the savage 21 tank where the valve is on the bottom could that be a cheap fix

Works great looping the line. No issues with mine

I've tried line looping for me it only made the problem worse
