So yesterday I was running my savage 5.9 and just couldn’t get it tuned in to run good . I finally pulled out the manual and set the mixtures back to stock ( high speed and idle speed ) . That’s when I noticed the mid which I had forgot about was out far enough that one whole thread was showing . Manual states flush which is where I set it to. Went through the tuning on the high and low speed and it is running good now. Anyone else notice where the mid is set on there truck?

Many will just set the MSN to stock (usually flush) and hold it there with some RTV. I've always found the MSN to be more headache than worthwhile.

Yep. On an engine that has it, I avoid messing with it because I have a tough enough time with the LSN and HSN. lol!
