metal on metal clanking

I'm trying to start my new savage and its making a metal on metal clanking noise. is it supposed to do that or is there something i should check?

I'm not sure wat it could be i would pull it apart and go over it.

i think it was just the rotostart knockin around in the spin point. i got it started up and idling fine.
