lst2 rear install problems

Having trouble with my tie rod relocation on the rear with the new era kit. running flm ext tvp, sav 25 arms and the new era install kit for the lst2s. no matter how I adjust the rear ties they seem to always bind up against the tvps any ideas here? I have the relocation bracket to bring the tie rods from the rear of bulk to the front to allow the lst2s to mount on the rear side of the arms. is there an issue mounting them in the front of the arms? am i doing something wrong?

Sorry I'm not sure, I did the HPI RSC kit at the same time I installed the LST2 shocks, so I never used the relocate bracket.

What if you switch to the rear hubs that don't use the tie rods??

I used the innovative rc kit and had to move my tie rods to the front. I have the factory X chassis and I actually had to grind a little of the tvps away to allow the tie rods to clear. Ill try to get you a pic....

when i had my lst's on my flm's i had to shave the top of the bracket for the tie rods. and a tad off the tvp's if i remember right.

seeing as youve got the extended tvps you can just leave the tie rods at the back in the standard position and mount the lst shock on the inside of the shock towers. this works just as well, it also protects the shock from a rear end landing and eliminates the need to use the tie rod relocation thing.
