On those nova shoes, how does the placement of the set-screw affect the clutch engagement? How do the shoes act when the weights are all the way in, or out, compared to the crank?

I haven't ran nova shoes but i have had really good results with the dynamite max lifes with mugen 1.0 mm springs

ive got close to 3 gallons on a set of nova's with mugen 1.0's ( i did not use the weights).

I am running the dynamite max-life shoes with the stock springs, anybody know what size the stock XL springs are that come in the k5.9? Would I benefit by adding the mugen 1.0, or the 1.1 springs to my setup? I would like to wheely a bit easier and be able to wheely while rolling forward. Right now it will only wheely consistantly from a stop.

Also I can't find many people who carry the right Mugen pilot nut that people use on their savvys, anyone have a part number for it?

Mike,

--The Mugen nut us C0704.
--The 1.1 springs will hit later in the rpms, so it will be alittle harder. I'm not sure if this will hurt the life of your shoes or not.
--I have no idea what the stock springs are bud. I'd have to guess 1.0 or less.

NEED THE PART # for nova guys please trying to make an order with my lhs gota help then also my boss

1.1 shoes take more rpm to hit out so they slipp more which wears the shoe faster
.9s hit real hard way to early 1.0s are a happy medium

sorry would rather stick with the 3 shoes insted of buying 50 just to try it maybe if i had more oney also cute dog how old

The one in my avatar? It was one of the puppys that my sister's dog had. I can't remember how old though. I'm gonna guess somewhere around 4-5 weeks.

The Fioroni clutch that I suggested grabs strong and holds throughout the entire power band. I haven't encountered any slippage. Bank recommended it to me and I got to try it. I'm glad he suggested it.
