I was told that it was sealed by a picco engine expert by the name of "BudBud" from rcuniverse.com. Yes, brake is good now. At full break the gap is at 1mm solid.

budbud is a good guy ... I just never heard of a picco carb leaking at the block. it has dbl o'rings (good design) they do leak in the carb itself but that is above the block.

No not yet. Now this is fixed, I am going to fire this baby up asap. Off course, being at work, I'm just drooling thinking about this!!! LOL!
