 Hi guys, I'm looking to up grade the orignal exhaust I have for my 4.6. The one I really like is the Integy Quad exhaust tuned pipe. Has anyone seen this?? It looks great Now what will this do for my savage x? Willl I get more power. It looks like it mounts at the back with no elbows limiting air flow. I'm not sure how to add a link but if you want to see it just google Integy Quade Exhaust. Also is Integy a reliable companie? I see Ebay has one for $54 Hobbietowers are 10bucks more. Let me know what you think Cheers!!!

There are much better pipes than that one. The rear exhausts are not tuned very well and will more than likely hurt your performance instead of help it. Some better pipes for you would be Buku, Tsais savy pipe, & THS M25 pipes, The HPI polished pipe is a good pipe to.

Integy is an alright company. Most will say they are crap but I have a few of there parts and have had no problems.

I don't know alot about pipes but my husband got a BUKU pipe and from what I have seen it made a incredable power differance and I know u can tune the pipe to your motor. U might :jamout: want to check on that one.

The buku would be my favorite as it probably gives you the most increase in overall power. Also the pipes larson listed are much better than the integy. I would like to add one more pipe to the list. It would be the jammin pipes, they are also pretty good power pipes.

Correct about the jammin pipes but i didnt list it as if you don't have a lengthened chassis these headers will not fit on the savage. The buku is very expensave like $105 and most others listed are $60-70 you can also pick up the HPI polished for like $30. But if money is not a problem then the Buku is by far superior, these guys are correct.

Wow there is a awsome review on the BUKU by Mega. It looks like this is the best up grade for the savage. Where can I buy it? Cheers!!

Thanks T.T I'm sold on the Buku pipe. Do they sell it for the savage x 4.6??

Yes go with the Buku, it really is the only pipe that makes sense to get IMO.

However if your interested in a very slightly used Integy quad pipe, I hae one with about 1/2 a tank on it, that is how long I ran it before taking it off. I really couldnt sauyy abut power, it is suposed to be tuned, but my big problem with it was it is too loud, I couldnt believe how loud they are, painful loud.

The other thing I don't like is it is hard to prime the mill and hard to shut down via the exaust stingers. I will sell it at half price of a new one if your still interested.

i've heard in this forum that the quad exhaust is even way louder then the hpi ribbed and i was using the ribbed exhaust and its fairly loud!!!

I had the rd logics pipe on a savage x 4.1. Yes it was stupid loud but the performance was not much better than the stock plastic pipe. If money is an issue do the HPI tuned pipe not the ribbed. If you got a little scratch the Hot Bodies tuned pipe. A little more the jammin jp2 or 3. Got even more the BUKU. The buku will beat all of them. It is just the cost that hurts. But you do get what you pay for. Call Dave up tell him you heard about it hear and wanted some info. He will help you out.
