I think I saved my motor

So I haven't posted for a while life has been busy as all get out anyway here is one for yeah I have a 4.6 and I finally got some time to go a few miles down the road and have a little fun on my buddies super cross track well I was going full throttle and all of the sudden my truck quit and I don't mean died the motor just stopped all at once so I walk up to my truck put the glow plug igniter on and try and start it and it won't pull over the motor is locked up tight as can be so I quickly take off the head pull the exhaust pipe which by the way was still really hot and I pull the carb I basically gave the insides of the motor a bath with after run oil its all I had so I used it well I let the truck sit for about a 1/2 hour gave the insides another bath with after run I turn the motor over with the help of a big channel locks put it back together fired her up in drove the heck out of it for about another 1/2 gallon of fuel the motor is running like nothing ever happened
