HPI servo saver?

what model truck do you have? it comes standard on the x, I'm not sure about the older models. and yes, you can do the bearing upgrade with that, it replaces the plastic bushings as it does with the older models.
 
I have the RTR version of the 25.
I know my LHS is going to have to order the part, but I figured if I am going to do the front end mod, I would go ahead and do this too if it does as it says.
 
Yes it will fit, and it is worth it. It was one of the first things HPI upgraded from the original .21. You will use a differant servo horn. Upgrate the bushings to bearings, SMF has them for a buck a peice.

Hey all, I know it's been awhile but I am back around as on-road race season is over for me. Time to get back to bashing.
I just put the bearings into the steering posts. I have not gotten the hpi servo saver post setup yet.
But while I was into my front end, I noticed I have a disk type servo saver on the servo. Can I remove this sloppy piece of crap with the new setup?
