Hpi savage x 4.6 loses power at top speed

Hey I am in need of help. I own a savage x 4.6 and so far have loved this beast of a truck. The issue I have had lately is the truck loses power at top speed and chokes and then regains power again. I have broken the truck in and tuned it correctly to my knowledge and have ran it numerous times. I'm not sure why this is happening but any help or advice as to what msy be the issue would be so greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance

Gotta be your carb setting. Or an air leak

May be running a bit on the lean side. Riches it up an hour (1/12 of a turn) at a time.

Thanks Rikkidy, I'll check the carb settings again. When your referring to an air leak - do you mean in the fuel tube somewhere? I actually did replace the fuel tube (all) but haven't tested it yet. Thanks for your help!
