hotbodies not so hot

i had dental surgery on tuesday so ive been off work for 2 days needless to say with the weather ive been inside. i picked 8 of these up and put 4 on the savy the front 2 by the tierods the make contactin a hard turn so i switched ends so that they don't touch. i like the way they look but thats not whats important they have to be able to handle the thrashing i will inflict. has any one else been slighty disapointted with these shocks. and i haven't even ran them yet.

there so bad after i filled and purged one , i was pushing the rod in and it blew the bottem seal. that was the first tip! yey sorry boys just venting

i was going to buy the hotboddies ones cus they were a lil cheaper than the hpi ones....then i was told there really bad so i got the hpi ones

i've heard a few people say never buy them now!! your right though they do look nice, so thanks for the heads up on those shocks!!

yeah thanks for the info. i'm not ready to replace my shocks yet, but when i am i will steer clear of these.

integy i don't think you can beat the stock shock a dime a dzin and they take a beating . i have to run these till they bleed ! 45 weight that is

I really don't understand what your trying to say .. I have the hpi alloy shocks (almost the same shock) .. Have you seen My review on them .. if not read the review section

sj , great review, all i was doin was expresisin my disapointment in the shock i purchased . for being almost the same shock thes fall extremely short of the shock you revied. no biggie live and learn..........
