Will I have to replace my old servo's, or will they work with the new receiver? I live on the other side of the pond.:)
No need to replace the servos or anything else, just the receiver in the radio box for the one which comes with the transmitter you purchase. As you live on the right side of the pond you will be able to find one easy over there. 👍😎

Well got the tank on, it looks like it's the new style. We'll see how long it last.

You want to watch out or you will end up like me. I did what you are doing, started with one then built another from my left over parts and before I knew where I was I now have 13.

The thing is, my parts box is still just as full as when I started my 2nd build. It's a never ending circle. You start a new build thinking you have all the parts, then find you are missing some so buy them and as alot of parts come in pairs before long your back to square one.😉👍

That happen to me all the time!!! I find it sometimes cheaper to buy a used rolling chassy, instead of trying to find old new stock, and pay a arm and leg. The prices are getting pretty crazy even for used parts!!!

To true, rollers are starting to work out cheaper than secondhand parts as you say. But the problem with buying roller I find is that I buy them to break but end up turning them back into working trucks. bought 2 over xmas just for some parts off them but then they ended up as part of my fleet. Doh!!

I scored big on the last used roller!! It had all cvd drivelines and outer cvd axles. Plus, it had some nice Hitec servos !!:)

Yes you can pick up some good parts when buying rollers, the 2 which I picked up of xmas had some good parts. 1 had a set of Losi LST Aftershock shocks on it with most of the IRC conversion kit & the other had a set of Carbon Fibre TVPs.

Well, a little more progress!! The roll bar/Grab handle was bent pretty bad, so I cut the top and made it work!!

Well got more parts in, still waiting on a couple more. A little more install but getting close!! The speer gear on the trans has some bad teeth, so I'm going to try this one(https://www.ebay.com/itm/333436461117). I know it doesn't have a slipper clutch, I'll see how much it kills the drive train!!o_O I changed the upper arms to adjustable stock ones and put a dual disk brake in.

The black on the handle is just a pc of fuel line. The tires are PRO LINE MAXX MULCHER 3.32x 5.92 (#1085), their pretty old, not sure if they make them anymore. I just got my body painted and new spur gear. Waiting on air filter, radio, receiver and battery. getting close!!!

I LOVE the Mulchers, I have a set I put on my Savage wheels are RPM 3.2 maxx offset with 17mm hexes on them. I wish ProLine would bring them back..... I also have these Losi Super Bolt On's on Redcat in 3.8 size wheels 17mm hex also I use on my XTM MMT, They are out of production also. COME ON Manufacturers and make these again.....

better mount or support that filter to keep it from beating itself to death on the radio box.... I did this with a scrap piece of kydex plastic I had lying around mounted it to the center screw and bent the bottom 90 degrees to keep the filter from contacting the radio box....

I was thinking that I changed the clamp and moved it forward and use a piece of hose. It holds it pretty good, you can drop the truck and it doesn't move.

Think it is clamped on grab handle Jam1, but agree with weight of filter it is likely to still bounce about like a hooker on heat! Lol. 🤣
The filter is amazingly light. I was suppressed, all my other filters are heavy.
