HELP!!! Loose Carb!!!!

Ok I am going to be ordering a new engine, so to get me thru the next race, at least points wise, I yanked my HPI 4.1 off of my buggy. The problem is that when I go to tighten the carb down, the screw is in tight, yet the carb moves! What can I do, RTV the crap out of it? Did I strip the screw? Help!!!

No its the carb body .. there is a little metal sleeve on the carb body and, I would bet it is just spinning ... not really sure that there is anything you can do I have had 3 crabs do the same thing

So the part that the carb slides into on the crankcase, that little sleeve that the screw turns to lock it down is done. No known temp fix?

use liquid copper. in a very small amount. do not ever use rtv silicone.
