I bought these tie rods for my alloy monster:

http://cgi.ebay.com/TITANIUM-Tie-Ro...0QQihZ002QQcategoryZ19168QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

and finally got around to installing them (or attempting to install them)...they appear to be too long, even fully collapsed, and the pivot balls don't allow them to rotate to the proper angle to attach to the bulkhead...i mean, i CAN attach them, but they bind before they get there, and the pressure will either snap them, while running, or bend something, or strip the screw threads...I haven't tried the front ones yet, but I would imagine it will be the same story as the rears...

any thoughts or suggestions?

i have the same on my savage and they are perfect fit. check with the seller that they sent you a pair for a savage and not another truck!??

nah...the packaging has the same part numbers, etc as stated in the auction listing...

hello i cant see the linki says been removed I'm asumeing they are by lunsford being they are titanium... if they are they will fit you just have to really crank the ends down hard to make them as small as posible imo they need to be about 1/8 inch shorter .. anyways really crank the ends down till you get a smooth fit into the ball joints.. good luck happy bashn..
