I just purchased 16 AA 3000 mah batteries off ebay and am awiting arrival for them. They are from HONG KONG. I have bought several items from here with good luck so far. I got all 16 for $21 shipped. My question is: I know that regular AA's are 1.5 volts and that rechargeables are 1.2 volts. Will these be ok for my controller at a total of only 9.6 volts? I was just curious if the much higher mah rating would compensate for the lesser voltage. Either way I guess. They were cheap enough that I will get my use out of them 1 way or another.

Just wondering if I can use these rechargeable AA batteries to make a hump pack. Ive never really tried before and I know that these arent ussually the batteries that you would solder together, but CAN I?

As for the Tx it would depend on which one you have but I don't think that would be enough. If I remember correctly, my 3PM said not to run it under 9v or something. That might have been the failsafe's cutoff I can't remember. Which radio do you have/use? Someone here will know more.
