its a Airtronics MX-3FHSS 3-Channel 2.4GHz, i got it from a member on another forum, works great, ended up getting it for $50 shipped.
not pictured but it even came with the manual! good deal if i do say so myself.
yes the wire on the reciever was resoldered, i cleaned it up a bit and but a few layers of shrink tube over it, good as new.
