glow plug

I have the lrp z .28 spec 3 and running 20% nitro could any one give some advice on what glow plug runs best or one that everyone uses most. any advice would be great! THANKS

i run the same mill... i run 30% in mine and run the mc8 plug...http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0095p?FVPROFIL=+&FVSEARCH=mc-8&search=Go
but you can run a straight medium plug and be fine...
