GH Bulkhead issue of tight gearing

Guys, I installed the diff gear and bevel pinion into the GH bulkhead for a flux, but when I turn the bevel pinion gear w/ hand against the diff gears it feels tight, like there is restriction. Is this normal ? I remember the it should feel smoothly even by turning w/ hand. ? any help are welcome. thanks

I know I said this in the shout, but in my experience with GH bulks, the diffs do not have to be shimmed to get the mesh right.

did you shim em or just drop em in?

I drop them in, it has a little play at the diffs but once you put the 2 gh bulks together, it kind of sit the diff in place and it will not move at all making the diff gear contacting the bevel very tightly. Does this make sense to you all ?

are you using the bullet proof diffs? or old skool flux diffs?

bp diffs. I installed everything ran the car, it seems like the diff makes the car act like it has 30% drag break on it LOL.
