gearing question

i have savy 21 and its running a 52 spur gear and 14 clutch bell set up, and out of the gate the front end lifts up but wont get a wheelie going. Should it run wheelies or not? thanx in advance.

You may have to tune your engine also to pop a wheelie.

I'll second coby's reply. Probably adjust your low speed needle a bit, so it has a little more punch when you give it throttle.
