Looking good FX. I'm sure whatever parts you put on you will enjoy the end product.

Sorry. I was reading through threads and when I was in the next room my son hit some keys and it sent a message. I edited it and was trying to explain. Guess I should have been more clear.

I just realized I put the center skid plate on backwards, I just fixed it. The X is supposed to be at the front.

A tiny update I received my Lunsford Titanium Turnbuckles. They did come with the plastic end pieces but I used mine anyway. If you know anything about me by now you would know that there is no way that I would drop 40 bucks on these. I picked them up for 11.50, score! Snapped up a few pictures.

I received my small parts and will place my order on SMF for the engine and bulkheads. Still haven't figured out the tire/wheel combo so if anyone would like to suggest tires, wheels, etc. it's more than welcome. I am looking for something that is good for racing and bashing and something I can use on the road too.
Here's some pictures of some small things I've order. I know you guys must be tired of not having any pictures of cool stuff, sorry they will be here soon.

quick sugestion, with the tie rods, i found that the plastic ends after a few months racing began to give way ALOT. there was alot of slop and made getting the truck setup correct very difficult. I would reccomend gettin alloy ends instead

tyres for racing and bashing, I'm very very impressed at the with my Hong Nor predators. They suit alot of surfaces and give more grip than a brickpin style tyre.
either that or you cant go wrong with a standard tread pattern for all round use. as they say 'good at everything, best at nothing'

Tie rods? Are those the plastic pieces on the ends of the turnbuckles? If so where could I get alloy ends?

i got some alloy ends for the turnbuckles off ebay. think they were gpm or similar

bowties wont last long if you run them on the road. plus in the wet they just slide (which can be fun too)

I ordered my parts, so I guess I can finally run my truck. Can I get a hell ya!?

cool!!!

plan on stripping some sg's??!! :¬p

Nah as long as it's meshed right I'll pray to the RC gods that no stripping occurs. If the RC gods don't listen I'll use my RR Steel Spur.

the only reason i said was you had a few spurs and slipper pads in one of the pics...

Right O, you can never be too prepared.
