fuel problem

hello all. i have a fuel issue. i was out running my savyx4.6 with monster 20% fuel in it and ran out so i put in some traxxis 20%. i started it back up and it immediately it start bogging down the motor. so i drained th fuel tank and line also put in a new glow plug. i went and got some more monster fuel and now it will not start. help please. thank you.

I'd try a new glow plug with your regular fuel first...Dave

Do you have a fuel filter.......might of picked up some junk in the bottom of tank

also I have read that traxxas fuel is Crapola........:Xfingers:

Hey scooter, definitely check the glowplug first and make sure you are getting a good prime through the lines. If glowplug is good, go back to factory setting and retune from there.

ya most say traxxas fuel has WAY to much oil in it!! it would probabally be better in the small blocks as they rev alot higher and need the extra lubrication.

glow plug is good. could the tuning be off because of the fuel?

Anytime you change fuel from one brand to another, it will change your tune.

Turn the flywheel with yer finger (glowplug IN) is it very hard to turn over?
