Fried Transmission?

I took the savage out today and after a little while I noticed that I had ALOT of torque steer and I couldn't get going very fast. I took a look and found that the transmission is only turning the front diff. I assume that I am in need of a new transmission, Possibly time for the 3 speed. What do you guys think?

On the plus side for now I can peel out like no tomarrow with the front wheels. I assume because all the power is being sent there.

i would check the drive shafts. see if you lost the 4 mm grub screws that lock the cups to the pinnion gear in the rear diff. more than likely the problem is there not the tranny. hold the rear drive shaft and turn the spur gear see if the rear cups slip on the out put shafts.
