flywheel/clutchshoe help

Hey, i just bought the axial .28rr to replace my stock 5.9 mill.
i need some suggestions on the flywheel and clutch shoes.and links if you have them, thanks in advance

yea, i really did'nt have a clue on clutch shoes,after a little research seems nova is the shoe to have, but i think frddyj's idea is suff for now, being this is my first bought mill. ill save the nova's for the picco.

i had the novas with a 1mm spring on my lrp .. i wasnt crazy about them but other ppl love that set up i think its a personal preferance is all like every thing else .. i traded them for a stock set off the xl and I'm happy with the xl shoes and springs so far ..i think clutches are a trial and error item you got to expierment with different springs and shoe combos till you find what you like .. so i say ebay will be a great start so you get um cheap and not losing out on alot of money if your not happy with them.. good luck happy bashn.

lol, i actually gave the shoes & springs in that clutch to a bud. i used the flywheel & nova shoes with mugen 1.0's

i really like the nova shoes but i did run into a prob with them hanging up against the flywheel but with a little bit of sanding and it fixed the prob.
