Bought my new lrp .32, trying to get the flywheel off the old engine and it seems to be stuck i don't want to force it to much. Whats best way to remove

Doing that may damage the flywheel, look on E bay for the xl clutch set, it usually comes with the flywheel and alloy shoes all in one set...... that way you will be set for all the power the LRP .32 will be putting thru it....

to be honest I have never seen that brand before, I would look for a setup that specifically says for the savage model line and there is no mention of the shoes being alloy either.....

If you are very careful in how you do it, in a pinch, yes you can use a flat head screwdriver.

Personally, I don't pry it off as that could damage the crankcase or front bearing or the seal of the bearing.

Just take the flywheel nut off, hold the crankshaft end on a piece of wood on your workbench (with the cooling head parallel to the ground), then wack the back of the flywheel with another piece of wood or rubber coated tool handle. One good wack usually does it for me.
