Flux Gearing

Ok guys i have just payed for all my stuff to make my Racer in to a flux. And being a total noob to 1/8 scale electric i got no clue on how to gear the flux. I was wondering what gearing i should use on the flux and what type of pinion does the flux use

i run a 22 pinion with a 47 spur
and a 37t ideler gear
