flm ext tvps problem ?

here is the problem i just got the flm ext tvps and the rear dogbone is wide at the ends, it's the same size as the 4 dogbones between the diff and wheels same length and the end are the same width. did they give me the wrong dog bone. i fixed the problem. i drilled out one of my old cheap diff cups and i drill out the dual brake cup that comes with the xl. for testing i put an old outboard dogbone. i put a small peace of fuel line in the diff cups so its a snug fit. is this problem normal.

Call FLM about it. There was a thread or post here with a similar issue. I think there was a batch of bones that were too big. If I can find the thread/post I will paste the link.

Yup I started the thread. They packaged a batch with wheel bones instead of center drive shafts, the shaft ends are too large. they should send you one out in a few days. If you get lucky like me they will send you something for your troubles 🙂

that suck they sent me the wrong bone. i got it to fit by drilling out the cups, that sucks. i guess now i can use the wheel dogbones as a back up.
