Filling/stuffing Crank? Need Pictures!

What is the best substance to fill with. I'd be afraid that it would come loose at high rpm. And if I was to fill it with welding rod it might loose its hardness.

This is mentioned thru the whole thread. go back and read on page 1 and 2.

You deffinetly don't want to use welding rod and the stuff will not come out at high speeds.
