Editing videos

Can someone explain how to splice a few shorter videos into a single vid ..
I usually have my buddy do this for me but he's out of town .. Help please

sj does your new camera let you do it before downloading to pc?

if not you have to load them into a editing program. windows movie maker, ect.

Wish I could compile my vids while they are still on my camera........

Like crash said you will need to use a program like Windows movie maker, which is what I have but I am still learning how to use it......

I can't figure this stuff out .. My girl shot the best vid and it turned out sideways, When I played it in Windows media player it was ok .. I have a few smaller clips to add to the longer one .. Can some one help me edit these vids ?

I wont ask anything else from anyone for awhile I promise .. I wanna submit a vid for the contest. please help !!!!!!!!!!! I am begging at this point

Photobucket will allow you to put a few vids togather. They call it a remix. I hope this helps you.

I use Sony Vegas 6.0, yeah it's over kill but whatever.
