Tight! My question is why isnt there backpressure issues? You'd think two exhaust ports on one two stroke would lower the backpressure in a major way. But i'm with 2dx let's see some pics so we can all jump on the band wagon 😛 jk

that body on the savage is slick as S***. very cool indeed not to mention that is one of the nicest pullers I've seen.

Been a while, I finally have some time off so I got the RC's out.

The puller is in need of some Tranny parts. Goind to lock the 3spd into first gear. I would use a two spd but the 3spd has a 10% reduction in first gear. Lower gearing, Better puller.

The reason for the lack of back pressure is because the stacks offer almost 3X as much flow as the pipe does. So once the exhaust leaves the tuned pipe into the stacks, it may as well be going into the open air.

And as long as you operate at a decent RPM, the pressure is enough to keep the Oil from plugging anything up.

Ive got FLM bulks ordered, GH aluminum Arms, and Looking into having a Chrom-Alloy skid plate made up just for the extra weight.

Here are some VIdeo's from Last year, Its well overdue. I finally got around to putting them up on youtube. Sorry guys. They arent great, but I never have anyone to hold the camera.

Break in. After a half a tank of on/off throttle bursts, I let the engine sit for a few seconds to see what the idle would do. The stacks definitely do not hamper performance or Temps at all.

I tried to get a shot of the front end coming off the ground. Not far, about 1CM, but still darn good for an engine with only 7-8 tanks in it. But by the time I finished talking, the engine was too loaded and died on take off with no punch. I honestly couldn't tell you why I don't have a video of me trying a second time. But its a decent half second of the pipes blowing smoke

Half a gallon into this engine. Still not performance tuned, only doing quick throttle stabs. I think from factory, the HSN is in 1/10th turn, and the Low Speed is in maybe 1/4 turn. Still rich and very tight, not even close to producing its potential power. Already shredding Three Speeds.

The top of the Blown 3spd, I've seen worse, but not on an un-tuned engine. The ERCM Drive Line Curse starts already

The Fix, an SV250 Bullet Proof Single Speed Tranny 8) EDIT: Just noticed this is just the Single Speed Mod, I have since installed the 2spd Idle and Drive gear. Guess I didnt take a picture of it.

The FLM Bulks and Towers with GH arms and Integy Hubs. LST shocks and Powder Coated Raven Dual Rate Springs.
I'll get some pics of the whole Truck Aluminum'd out once the Blue Tranny comes in 😀

Too funny. Both you have done a great job of building threads of your creations. Sure do appreciate the time going into this as do the members.
