discharge rate

what is a good discharge rate for my 6v 1200mah hump pack?

I think you usually want to discharge at a really slow rate. Why are you wanting to discharge this battery? I would think you would be safe discharging at .5C or.25C but I would wait for an expert opinion. Why can't you just run your truck with it to discharge it? The only reason I see most people discharging batts is to cycle LiPos.

I discharge at 1C to cycle them.

it sat 4 a while and wouldn't charge rite so i cycled it a few times and now its ok .
