diffs

i went to run my savage out and i noticed only the front wheels would spin if i gave it gas and thought it was the differential and took it apart and i noticed metal shavings and then i noticed i stripped my diff any ideas if i should do the cen mod or just get a new diff?

Speaking of diffs, I've run 30 tanks and never opened my diffs. I Should I bother with that or first wait for a problem? And if so, should I change grease with silicon oil? Say 5,000wt front / 50,000wt rear?

It's not a bad idea to check them every now and then, and filling them with silicon is optional and up to your taste. It will affect how your truck drives.

I use 10k front and back in my CEN's.
