Differential Housing Misalignment

Hello,

I have had this problem numerous times without an obvious solution. Does anyone know what the main cause of this is?

I have bought a new bulkhead and it still doesn't go in even if hammered in...
I removed the diff to eliminate it from the problem if you were wondering.

As far as I can see the smaller part is in there wrong.
Front bottom piece needs to be realigned.

Upon investigation i noticed my shock tower was so badly worn out and i replaced it and guess what! the diff housing now fits! was the only part nearby that wasn't replaced. If a mod sees this post feel free to close the thread. thanks for replying caretaker!
