clutch shoes destroyed!

Pulled my new to me 4.6 out today, ran one tank... Seemed labored, never got a shift out of it. Leaned it a bit.. Still nothing. Refueled, tried again.. Had to restart after landing on the lid, noticed the tires were spinning when I pulled it...

I'm not sure, I bought this used. I had the engine out to swap the pullstart on, I should have checked the clutch.

The pro line moabs and 17/47 gearing may have been a factor also... But from the buildup in the clutchbell, I think I bought it like this
