Charging Amps?

well its been along time since iv used my flux, and i can't remember what amps to use to charge at. so whats a good safe but fast charge rate?
these are the batteries I'm using. they say there hight charge rate but it doesn't say what.

If I recall, you can charge a LiPo cell at 1amp for every 1000mah of capacity. So you can charge a 2000mah battery at 2amp, a 5000mah battery at 5amp and so on.
