i bought 2 battery packs and a onyx charger off a online store named tom'src.com he has great prices and i got my order lightning fast so if your looking for a charger or batteries check him out!!!!

It's not bad, but that B6 clone I linked is cheaper and will do LiPo/lifepo4 as well. You might not need it now, but if you ever upgrade/replace your packs, you're covered. It also does a cycle charge (completely discharge and recharge, up to 5 times in a row), which is good for breaking in new NiMH packs or reviving old ones.

I've been using this one for everything for over a year now! Works good and has lots of programing features. Instructions aren't the best but it's not that hard to figure out. I use it for my 450 heli batts and all my different truck batts. Cheap enough that you could buy two if you wanted!

I think they are the same, but I'm not sure. I think it's one of those deals where one company is making them and rebadging them under different names. I've seen others that look exactly the same and have all the same features. Even seen a couple in different colors.

I did just notice that the B6 has the balancing board built-in to the body of the charger instead of the plug-in type board. But other than the physical difference I think they are the same internally and in the programing, but I could be wrong!

Like I said, there are a ton of B6 clones. I'm not even 100% sure the B6 was the original. They all use the same microprocessor and software. The main difference is the AC6/DC6 has an AC power supply built in, while the B6 requires an external power brick. Any of the B6 clones will work pretty much the same. Some have built-in PSUs, and some look a bit different, but the brains are all the same. Hell, you can even get four of the exact same chargers in one box: http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=11170
