Do it matter if the c rating is 10c difference when running in series???

I can’t find a replacement battery and don’t feel like buying a new whole set. I have 5200mah “60c” 3s but can only find 5200mah “50c” 3s.

Personally, I wouldn't mix/match C ratings/brands/sizes at all. The lower C rating packs will likely deplete faster, but the LVC circuit in the ESC looks at total voltage. So if the lower ones dip too far to be safe, it won't know it and will drive them into dangerous territory on you.

I don't even mix differently aged packs. I run twin 3S in all 3 of my 6S trucks. When I buy them, I label them in pairs and always use the same pairs until they die. If one of the two die first, I dispose of it and use the remaining one in my single 3S pack trucks only.

FWIW, I picked up some liperior packs recently, they are pretty cheap and so far perform well. Their 65C 5000mah 3S packs are a bit thick for my ERBEv2, but work fine in my outcast. I run their 45C in my ERBEv2 instead. Don't have a ton of time on them yet, but probably 4-6 cycles and they seem to be doing well.

45C $23.50: https://rcbattery.com/liperior-5000mah-3s-45c-11-1v-LiPo-battery-with-xt90-plug.html
65C $28.00: https://rcbattery.com/liperior-5000mah-3s-65c-11-1v-LiPo-battery-with-xt90-plug.html
75C $32.50: https://rcbattery.com/liperior-pro-5000mah-3s-75c-11-1v-LiPo-battery-with-xt90-plug.html

I haven't tried the 75C's yet. I try to buy packs that fit my ERBEv2 so I can use them in all 5 of my electric trucks.

C rating is not standardised AFAIK. I wouldnt worry with such a small claimed difference, but thats me. And I have done it in the past without issues. Age, load/current demands or charge/discharge cycles maybe a bigger issue. Just keep an eye on them.

I have been using these and a few friends of mine with no issues and great C rating. Look at his store for more options.

That’s the battery brand I have zeee but they don’t make the c rating I bought before from them
